Early-access privacy & contact

We save the email you submit, its signup source, the time you joined, and the version and purpose of your email consent. This list is for your Groundwork early-access invitation and essential launch updates—not unrelated marketing. Joining does not create an account, start a subscription or send an email automatically.

We also use short-lived, hashed connection identifiers and attempt counts to limit automated signups. The signup database does not store your raw IP address. These anti-abuse records expire and are removed during later signup requests. The form does not add advertising trackers or save your email in browser storage.

Your email list entry stays private to Groundwork’s owner. We keep this early-access list until 90 days after Groundwork’s public launch, then delete it. You can request earlier removal at any time. For withdrawal, access, correction or deletion requests, contact founder Steven Bottcher at stevenbottcher.25@gmail.com. We may need to confirm that you control the email address before acting on a request.
